Perhaps one of the most professional, courteous and prompt experiences I have ever encountered. Plus, their prices are very reasonable. I called on a Sunday evening because my air had gone out. I was told it would be a couple of hours as there were several people in front of me. About 45 minutes later I get a call from Justin, the technician, stating that he would be at my house in about 30 minutes. He came as promised and resolved my issue in about 30 minutes. When this was under Bigbear, sevice was great, people were friendly and didn't try to upsell. I used Bigbear on many occasions and found them helpful every single time. Recently, Walker bought them and had my first service through Walker today.. Unfortunately my experience was complete opposite.. trying to upsell , nickle and dime for every minute they're onsite is not something I expected. Anyway, I paid their $89 fee to visit and didn't get any service done.. onto finding another trustworty hvac repair compnay.
