Brad Watkins diagnosed my water heater problem and provided me with clear information with my options without pressure. After decided to replace with a new water heater, he efficiently completed the installation so that I was able make an appointment by 3:00pm. The main line water pipe had a significant leak in it. I’m not sure what the going rate is for this type of repair, so I can’t say if the price was good or not, but the service and promptness was top notch. I’m glad other reviews expressed an honest opinion and gave good reviews. We are happy with the service we received from Travis at Goode Plumbing. We will use them again if needed.
