My AC went out on a Sunday so there was a $69 extra fee to come out. The issue was diagnosed Sunday and the repairs were performed on that following Tuesday. The house got up to 92* and we were miserable. Wish we could have gone someplace to get cool but it's not possible for us. The tech had to leave in the middle of the repair because he wasn't feeling well and he did look like he was overheating himself. They sent another tech right away and he finished the job with no trouble. It was an expensive repair, however, major parts were replaced. It's the day after nd I'm satisfied with the results. I'm considering taking them up on their maintenance plan of $200+ a year for peace of mind. I would use them again unless I were to find another qualified company that's less expensive, and moreso, willing to get the job done sooner since we're not in the best health and had to suffer longer than we hoped. There was no preferential treatment for the handicapped.
