Best Electrical Panel Repair in Fort Worth TX
Had a major plumbing issue and called Sanders Plumbing from a recommendation I received. So glad I did. David and Kevin showed up and immediately went to work and didn’t stop until they were finished. Being a retired CEO, I was so proud to have watch two outstanding employees represent their company and their trade in such a professional manner. I will use Sanders Plumbing from now on because of the great work I saw in David and Kevin! Also Sanders is very reasonable in their price as well as their punctuality and professionalism!

The brand new unit I bought from Home Depot turned out to be bad. The Wilson Technician came back a total of FOUR times, on their dime, to make things right for me, even though it wasn't their fault. Chad was professional, prompt, courteous, clean (there was a lot of re-routing in my walls), overall very good!

Got a quote within minutes from requesting them from their website. Pricing was very reasonable and was able to schedule it for next day. Ignacio showed up on time and was very responsive to the questions I had. He was in and out in just little over an hour. Excellent service, very happy with the work. Definitely will use them in future.

I called mars services for a plumbing issue in my house. Shay and cooper promptly arrived on time. They even called when they were on the way to give me a heads up. From the beginning they were very honest with me and fixed my problem at a reasonable price. I recommend asking for shay and cooper. I Will be using mars services again.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
