Nice people. Phone call re what needed done & cost. Seemed a little high - $218.50 for 15 minutes work plus travel.

However, I told gentleman I had had a couple other plumbers out to deal with same issue and one of them had said I might need to ck with city at the curb. After he cleared my clog outside, I called city, they came out, but couldn't do their thing because line was clear and not clogged now. Was upset guy had not mentioned that I call city while he was there and, also, could he have told me city couldn't do anything after line cleared? I don't know, but, disappointed I now have to wait for another future clog to get problem rectified. Will have to call city again then.

So happy that I found Circle E. These guys rock from the moment the ladies in the office answered the phone, to the tech that came out to fix out plumbing issue. I needed a fault diagnosis and estimate for a leaking toilet, so I called them. They evaluated the bathroom thoroughly and went above and beyond by inspecting all of the home's plumbing fittings and sharing their visual diagnosis with me. Mark was accommodating and promptly responded to my queries. He was also attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'll call them if I ever need a service like this again. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone and promote them to my friends and family.

I had Ellis out to install some faucets in my bathroom and to look at an issue I had with my kitchen faucet. He quickly, and beautifully, installed my two bathroom faucets. When he looked at my kitchen, he found the issue and had two ways to resolve it. One was quicker, and he did have another appointment to get to, but the other would make things 'look nicer'. He used the 'look nicer' method because, he said, if he didn't it would bug him all night! This is the kind of professionalism and honest integrity that I wish all the people I deal with would have. You can trust anything Ellis does for you. Cannot recommend enough - and would give him 50 stars if I could.

We used leak geeks to completely repair our plumbing under the foundation, they were awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing repairs.

Called and got technician dispatched within 30 minutes! We got the job done in a couple hours.

I would give zero if it were an option. They came to my home to fix a slow leak. That night my slow leak turned into water gushing out (several gallons per second) all night overnight. The only way to make it stop was to turn water off to my home completely. We called them repeatedly and wouldn't answer until we called from a different number and they wouldn't come out until late the next afternoon. (keep in mind we have no water at this point). Also told me that they did me a favor by coming out because I was out of their service area!! Why advertise for Keller and Fort Worth if you don't service the area??? (I'm on the border of both) They come out and say that what they fixed wasn't the problem, it was something else they didn't see before and proceeded to charge me again for that. Everything was all dry at that point so I thought it was done and just paid the money to be through with them. NOPE! Water gushing out again!!! They wouldn't return calls !! HOA issue having water wasted and running all down the street for several days.

Another service (Leak Geeks) came out and they were AWESOME. They saw the shoddy work and fixed the problem within 5 minutes (FREE OF CHARGE) and now after over a month its still all good.

George and William from Peerless Plumbing Company North Richland Hills recently came out to service our water heater. They were already familiar with the setup and were able to quickly diagnose the issue. The job was completed in a couple of hours and they even took the time to explain the operations of the water heater in detail. We're very impressed with their professionalism and would definitely recommend them to others!

A great service from start to finish. I had the boiler serviced and a leaking toilet fixed. Very reasonable price, less then I was expecting. Easy to book, turned up on time, very professional service. Will definitely be using again when needed.
