This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

They had serious issues with the correct installation of my tub faucet. they sent a manager named Ray out to fix it it's fixed now. Should have been done right the first time.

TALT Plumbing is excellent, from the initial contact in scheduling an appointment, to the initial visit to discuss the installation and receive an estimate to the final installation, TALT was excellent. They are courteous and pleasant to work with. The area where they work is left extremely clean when they are through with their work. Their price is very reasonable. I highly recommend TALT plumbing.

Very friendly, came over on Christmas. after being stuck at the airport due to cancellations I came home to backed up pipes. He came over very fast, was very professional, explained everything he was doing and gave advice as to how to proceed if it happens in the future.

We've had several plumbing issues and every experience has been TERRIFIC with Leak Geeks to resolve our plumbing problems. We've been through other companies through our home warranty company for some jobs and with those companies there is always some kind of issue with scheduling, customer service, quality, and/or technician (attitude or honesty). I was told it would be a $50 trip charge, specifically when asked to give an estimate for a list of services on a house in potentially buying.

After arriving, the service tech spent 30 minutes evaluating and then informed me it would be $349 to give an estimate. Talk about a bait and switch. The contractor was professional and kind, but the policy was bad business in my opinion. I would not have asked them to come at all at that price so it was a waste of everyone’s time. Don’t plan on ever using again.
