Took 3 days to call me back. Monday morning they finally called me back and said they would be out that afternoon. 5pm on Monday, I called them because I hadn’t heard from them. They had no idea who I was or what I was calling about. No record of me on file. Very unprofessional.

Slab leak/reroute repair
Prior to J Rowe, I had 3 other companies out: Pipe Drs, Joshua's Plumbing, and American Leak Detection. I did not have hot water for months. I won't degrade the other companies but I do not recommend them. J Rowe came to my home and fixed the issue promptly. My attic was a difficult one which I was already aware of before they mentioned it. They worked hard for hours. They also did a great job replacing my bathroom sink- 8 spread and kitchen spray hose. They matched and beat the quotes from the other companies. They submitted all paperwork promptly to my insurance for the reroute repair. I never had to call them twice about a thing. Brandon followed up on everything he said he would. BRANDON, ERIC, and DYLAN were all awesome. They're all very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and honest. I paid for my repair in full but they did offer a payment plan with interest. None of the other companies did that, they all wanted $900 up front and the other half later.

Sub contractor of John askew homes used for our new home, Cracked $5k Koehler tub during install, steam and shower head come out of wall out of crooked, improperly installed drain in bath resulting in several thousand in flooring damage, outdoor water fixture butchered with pipe wrench and left nonfunctional, Zero accountability!
