Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

After receiving an estimate to exchange my water heaters to tankless, I asked to begin the work. 5 weeks later and 4 broken promises of we'll be there they show up at my door with only a 15 minute noticed. 5 hours later the work is done and they charges is for 10 hours and 3600.00. That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

Recently had the gas service to my home completely redone. Jordan and his crew were courteous and did outstanding work. We very much appreciate their professionalism.

I received a call and email from staff offering their help and requesting removal of the review. This effort convinced me to up my 1 star to 3 star review. I wont choose them still, but it looks like they are trying to better themselves.

I cannot believe how these guys are still in business. I normally do not waste time with such things but these guys seriously deserve this review.

For almost $10000 project, I wanted to test them, by starting with two simple light fixture installation at our dealership. They had to reschedule 3 times with a week in between each. First excuse our manager got deployed. Think of a business, when one person leaves, entire operation sucks. First sign of low quality that I missed.

We reschedule the appointment for a week later at 10.30. On the day of of appointment, the company calls me at 11.30 and apologizes by saying we thought the parts were in stock but they are not, we will have them by x day

I say okay, lets go with that. Today I call again, like everytime I call they have no idea who the caller is or what status of our case is, they have zero customer relationship management, each time you have to recite the whole story so they can actually make progress in understanding what one needs. With this third failure, I cancelled everything. I wish I could charge them for this dishonest and inapt business practice for wasting my time for so long.

Take your business elsewhere, or go through the same bs and find the same things out the hard way.

Professional, nice, fast, came out same day, and great price! No complaints, at all. I know who I'll call next time I need a plumber! Thanks guys!!

The plumber was very polite. They were even able to come earlier, which helped me out. Friendly people - good people. I will use them again. I was expecting a huge bill, but they are reasonable. Highly recommend!

I was in town visiting for my grandmother’s funeral this past weekend, which was a risky trip for me being that I am 8 months pregnant and didn’t feel the best about traveling alone at this time. However given the circumstances I wouldn’t forgive myself for not being able to make it to be with my family at this time, and properly say goodbye to my Grandmother. The service was beautiful and as the family gathered at my grandfather’s house after the service to continue her celebration of life, we quickly noticed the temperature in the house was rising quickly so my uncle contacted STARK services in hopes to possibly get a service provider so late in the evening. To our surprise, Daniel M showed up and was the perfect service technician. He was so respectful, diligent and worked quietly during our family gathering. He was the perfect person for the job. Thank you Daniel so very much!!

The owner came out and actually did the work. He was very professional and timely. He even showed me how to replace a part on my sink.

Derek was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived within the two hour time frame and was done quickly.

Daniel, Nelson and Tammy at Pro Serve are great to work with. After an extensive water leak, they installed a water leak detection system. They are very easy to work with and do great work. I highly recommend them.
