My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Very polloite, fixed what needed to be fixed and nothing else

Where do I begin. My hot water tank went out. It kept reseting, but not blowing the circuit breaker. I am covered by American Home Shield so I contact them. They dispatched Lone Star, and I had my wife take off for the appoint set from 2-6. They called me at 2 something and told me they were running 2 hours behind. I said okay. They called me at 8:30 pm next and asked if I still wanted them to come out, I said yes. 5 people with no hot water since Sunday??? They come out, look at my issue, tell me they have all the parts but the wire but not to worry someone will call me the next day to get me take care of. Okay time ticks by and no one calls me so around 1 pm the next day I call them up. I get Megan. I ask her when someone is going to be out as I took off another day, she tells me that she hasn’t even got authorization or tech doesn’t have the parts. I ask her if she had submitted authorization, she said yes, I said that’s odd because the ac guy did it while he was here and it took 10 mins for me to get a call. I told her I was going to call AHS to confirm. I did, and while I was on the phone with AHS is when Megan submitted it. Not prior, and when she did she claimed I had a power surge. I had an electrician out Monday who said my house electricity was fine and tested everything. The circuit breaker for the hot water never tripped, only the reset button which indicates a bad heating element. I am certain Lonestar knows if they submit it as a power surge AHS will deny the claim. Problem is Lone Star techs didnt do anything but look at the hot water tank in the dark. They were here for 10-15 minutes. I will get a second opinion but just based on my knowledge of homes and the email I have from the electrician a power surge didn’t cause my hot water tank issues. An electrician said this not a plumber. I can provide the email from the certified electrician anytime to Lone Star and AHS. I have asked American Home Shield to remove LSWS as soon as my second plumbing company comes out to look at the hot water tank. If anyone is curious the Electrician AHS provides said the damage to the hot water tank was caused by shorted circuit in on the tank not a power surge. The difference is a power surge isn’t covered by AHS and a shorted tank is covered. The one not covered means I have to pay whatever rate LSWS wants to charge and the one covered by AHS is paid at AHSs flat rate. I advise anyone that is looking for a plumber or has AHS please review LSWSs reviews on here, Yelp and Facebook. It will make your decision easy.

***Just an update, second plumbing group came out, said it was a short at the thermostat. Not a power surge. Replaced everything under warranty in less than 17 minutes. Paul/Cameron aren’t very good at diagnosing issues.

Our main water line was clogged and the water was rising out of the pipe, I called All Valley and they were at my house within an hour. They were quick, efficient, wore masks, and gave me tips on how to avoid this issue in the future. It was my first time giving them a call, I will definitely call and recommend them in the future.

Scammers- watch out! Especially if you have a home warranty they will try to charge you more than required with your warranty.

Had work done a while back and had some shifting pipes. Called them back up and offered to fix the issue no problem and very timely. Jason was awesome and helpful. Very much appreciated their help. Awesome, would recommend a million times. Couldn't have asked for better. These guys know their stuff. Thanks McCalman and thanks Jason.

Its rare that a plumber does a good enough job that makes you feel compelled to write a review on them but these guys are great. They recently finished a big job for me and everything went really well. I noticed a very minor issue just this morning and they already came by to fix it and it was covered under their guarantee. Great family owned and run small business. Highly recommended.

We had a previous contractor install a grind pump and the piping along with it to re-route a washer dryer to a new mudroom. Original contractor did a horrible job including not setting up the new drain lines to actually drain properly. Molberg came in assessed the situation and provided an estimate of work to rectify the issue so we would not have issues in the future with this setup. Once the Molberg team came in to fix the issue, it was resolved professionally, on time and with minimal impact to our home. We are extremely pleased with Molberg plumbing, their staff and their willingness to 'CARE' about their customers. We would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and when we are ready to do a bath/shower in our master bedroom we will reach out to Molberg for the work.

Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing is an honest and ethical company. I hired 6 plumbers within one year. Lasiter was the only plumber who correctly identified the problem and made the necessary repairs. Lasiter is polite, fair and kind. I am now going to call them for any and all future plumbing issues. I trust them.

We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.

Took 3 days to call me back. Monday morning they finally called me back and said they would be out that afternoon. 5pm on Monday, I called them because I hadn’t heard from them. They had no idea who I was or what I was calling about. No record of me on file. Very unprofessional.

Donald is very honest - I did not end up needing a plumber for my problem - it was with the tile and shower stall and he helped me determine the problem and figure out what to do about it even though it did not involve a job for him. I will definitely hire him when I need a plumber again. Very courteous and professional.

We had pipes break during the recent winter snow and ice event and North Hills Plumbing sent out some techs right away and they handled our issue professionally and proficiently. We were very pleased with their work!
