From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

We have used this company over the past 3-4 years at two different homes with different plumbing issues from leaks, to clogged drains and toilets and other assessments. They have been always been timely, respectful, honest, knowledgeable and resolved our problems with ease. Most recently we had a tankless water heater replaced after our older one stopped working. It was replaced in a timely manner and we did not go without hot water for more than a day. Mr. Desmond was prompt and easily fixed the problem with a great rate and great service. Horrible place!! Waited two months for someone to come and detect the leak (started the process in August 2022) I was misinformed and Pool was not ready. Finally get to tell me there was a skimmer leak when guy came to fix it on 19 December and he could not find the leak anymore… I came back from vacation dec 26 and pool was so low call this people. The technician shows up and found leak again.. instead of repairing now i have to wait until the 16 of February. This place is a rip off, management (Leslie o Yadira) doesn’t even get on the phone to try to help. I know it may be only $2k for them and they just don’t cAre but this treatment is what get businesses into trouble. Don’t use them
