Best New Plumbing Installed in Fort Worth TX

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.
Will update once repairs are made.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Called and spoke to Philip. He was candid, open about pricing and where there was the possibility for increased costs. Helped me understand diagnose what we might be looking at. Our landlord went with someone they had an arrangement with, but I will not hesitate to call Philip and confluent if the issue is not fixed or another issue arises.

Todd did a great job fixing our leaky faucet. He was fast and helpful.

They have done work on our plumbing issues a few times, including replacing a hot water heater. Work was done very well and price charged very fair. Will only use this company going forward.

Chaz and Mike did a good job installing a water line for an ice maker. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would rate them better, but they did leave a big hole in the Sheetrock behind the fridge. I think they should have covered the hole with a vent plate or something to make it look professional.

Taylor showed up at 7:30 on a Saturday and fixed a busted copper pipe in the wall. Really appreciate him coming out, the price was fair and he was very nice. Would recommend him to anyone.

The team was on time, did excellent work, and was very clean and courteous. We’re very happy with our new system. Arturo was very helpful in directing the relocation of our new air handler to a location that enabled the overall airflow to be more balanced, and actually saved us some money on the installation cost too. He was very helpful in demonstration of operation and preventive maintenance details as well. The system works great and is so quiet we can hardly hear it operating.

Ty showed up an was not able to access my breaker an communicated what the cost would be based on what I asked to get done…he happy came back a few days later…fixed everything as request an a few more things I didn’t notice…he communicated to my son who was home the adjustment of the original estimate my son notified me …there communication scheduling sending notices when tech is on the way an address the problems an estimate cost…second time they have come to my house an will continue to use them.
