Best New Home Construction in Fort Worth TX

We had a major plumbing issue with our house. We contacted Andress Plumbing & they came out immediately. Robert & his team found several issues & explained the best plan of action & prepared us for every step that needed to be done! The team Javier, Jay & Robert were professional, on time & have so much knowledge! They made the process as easy on us as possible. We highly recommend them & will only use Andress Plumbing for our plumbing needs!

I called the company and shared 3 issues I was having. I confirmed with Nicole the phone rep that when the contractor came out we needed the leaks repaired and a resolve toward hot water issue.

The owner  came out, advised the unit was +20 years old that was why it wasn't working, REFUSED to do a diagnosis but immediately suggested I replace, which I was open to but gave no diagnosis, he said he could but didn't.

He then offered to charge me $4500.00+ for a 30 ton with a booster and insisted I make a decision at that moment. I asked for an itemized invoice he stated he does not produce itemized invoices but the cost was 50/50 parts and labor.

I asked again for an invoice on the product we would be purchasing, but he refused to put in the invoice.

I advised thank you, I need to see if this quote was fair so I would get a few other quotes however we wanted to hire him today for other repairs to be completed as we called in to have resolved as a pregnant mom in the home is having leak issues and drainage issues I wanted to resolve, he then stated, THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY< ONCE YOU CALL ME BACK AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO MOVE FORWARD WE WILL COMPLETE REPAIRS. HE REFUSED TO FULLY SERVICE ALL REQUEST, he made some sort of alteration under kitchen sink but did not ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE SERVICE REQUEST SINCE WE DID NOT SAY YES TO DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM.

THE OWNER WAS NOT NICE, RUDE, REFUSED WORK, ARROGANT AND BULLYISH IN ADDITION TO THEIR RATES THAT WERE BY FAR OVER PRICED.

I DON'T USUALLY LEAVE REVIEWS BUT I DO NOT THINK IT WAS COOL FOR A COMPANY WE HIRED TO COME OUT TO RESOLVE ISSUES WOULD REFUSE BECAUSE WE DIDN'T SAY YES ON SITE TO LARGER REPAIR WITHOUT DOING RESEARCH ON RATE INVOICED.

The service men came on time and were very friendly and professional. The water heater removal and installation of the new one went very smoothly . The cost was actually about a third of what another company quoted to do the same job. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly. Great company and service.

I had a leak in my toilet and the guys came out and fixed it with ease and great, friendly service.

Patrick came in introduced himself and was very professional. Carol in the office was also very professional. Thank you all for a great job. Patrick did a very neat job. 5 stars. Very fare and reasonable price.

Needed someone to come check out a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a sink that was having draining issues. They charged $350 for the visit because it was after hours. My issues are that they did not look at the sink -my tenant was the only one home at the time and realized after the guy had left that he didn't look at it - she called them back and they said they would have to charge for another visit - despite the fact that the guy had only spent 25 minutes at my home and the rate was hourly. He also did not want to accept the coupon that is on their website because it wasn't printed. Lastly, when called about the guy returning to look at the sink Gary was argumentative and rude. I do not recommend them.

Everybody was wonderful and they were very quick and clean and made sure that there was no mess and I felt like I got a really good deal

Great customer service and great work. The tech came out on time to replace two outlets and the service was quick and professional. The outlets were replaced in less than 30 minutes. Additionally their prices are very reasonable. I called a local handyman who quoted a price about $70 more than what Enoch (who is a professional company) quoted.

I recently moved to the Fort Worth area, and I’m glad that I’ve found a local electrician for any future needs.

Called and they were here within the hour as we lost power in our office including the A/C & it was getting hot too quickly to wait any long period of time. Tech was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Great experience! Highly recommend their service and our tech Michael that serviced my business and building.

Missed two appointments, said their equipment might not be working correctly and came unprepared.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
