Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

Plumbers who came out were very nice. Were training a new person who stepped through our ceiling in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We were understanding until it came time for them to repair the ceiling. First time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Second time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Third time someone came out to look at the damage, then came out a different day to do the repair. (I work nights, so time awake during my sleep, husband having to be off from work to be home with work crew). Then when its finally all said and done, we start getting nasty messages from the office person named Lanie about we need to pay our invoice TODAY! So it is now 10pm (my time), I paid their $2150 for the work they did and am out about that much for missing work. So just be real careful when using them.

Wilson Home Services sent a tech out promptly. He diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. My indoor fan motor in my AC unit was bad. They ordered a new motor and installed it the next morning. I am very pleased with the service.

Great service and very good work

Donald is very honest - I did not end up needing a plumber for my problem - it was with the tile and shower stall and he helped me determine the problem and figure out what to do about it even though it did not involve a job for him. I will definitely hire him when I need a plumber again. Very courteous and professional.

Adrian was great! Showed up early and was very thorough! We hired him to do a sewer scope for a home we are buying and it went great! I was a realtor for 14 years prior and Adrian gets 5 stars for his great professional experience and knowledge!

Right out the gate, these guys are very professional and very attentive. The price for my repair was spot on as well. Everything was explained, everything was shown and we even talked about the insurance process and how they are involved. They are like pipe doctors and they take their time to explain every little detail about what they are doing. In my instance, they did additional work and found out that my problem was something completely different. Even then, they explained it all. If you live in the HEB, Haltom City area, there is NO OTHER plumbing service to use. These are the guys and this company gave me a sense of security in knowing that they are the experts at what they do. 2nd to none in the DFW area.

They were already familiar with the setup and were able to quickly diagnose the issue. The job was completed in a couple of hours and they even took the time to explain the operations of the water heater in detail. We're very impressed with their professionalism and would definitely recommend them to others!
