Best Kitchen Sink Drains in Fort Worth TX

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

They were nice and friendly to me

Assessed a leaky sink, told us we needed a new faucet and then told us what kind of faucet we needed to buy. I purchased a faucet according to the qualifications I'd been given. They returned the next day and installed the new faucet. While paying for their visit we were told that they would have to come back again to install a different faucet because the one he'd just installed didn't meet our sink's qualifications. To reiterate: we were told what to buy, we bought it, it was installed, we were charged for installation and THEN were told that they would need to come back again to install a whole new item because the one he'd just finished installing wasn't correct. We will not be doing business with this company again.

Provided one price over the phone and another upon exit. The guys that were here stayed here for 3-4 hours only to replace a wax ring on one toilet and they charged me excessively over $400.

Desmond was professional and came to clean out our drain the same day I reached out on a short holiday week. We highly recommend and will be using them again!

I wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your employees. Juan (unfortunately I didn't catch his last name) was a true lifesaver last night in the Canyon Falls neighborhood in Argyle! My family and I moved into our new house yesterday, and around 8pm began smelling gas. Juan came immediately, even though it was getting late in the evening, and stayed until 10:30pm testing multiple things and working diligently to make sure we were safe. STAY AWAY from this family business. I called and spoke to a very rude lady who answered the phone. I asked for the owner to call me back and never received a call back. They are a crook!

A good, trust-worthy plumber is difficult to find. We had a slab leak under our home and we are extremely pleased we selected Express Master Plumbing, a family business.Jayson, with 20 years plumbing experience, serviced our needs. He located the source of the leak and had to jack-hammer thru the foundation to the copper pipe. They repaired the leak with a new, special expandable tubing which would solve any freezing problem. They sealed the hole by filling it with concrete. All of this was done in about 5 hours and in a very professional manner including their clean-up.
We highly recommend EXPRESS MASTER PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs.
Oh, I almost forgot...E.M.P was our least expensive bid.

Jim used his detective skills to find a minimal pinpoint leak in a pipe. It was replaced, and all was fixed in no time. Jim was polite, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. A stressful situation for us has been professionally looked after.
