Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

STAY AWAY from this family business. I called and spoke to a very rude lady who answered the phone. I asked for the owner to call me back and never received a call back. They are a crook!

They schedule service and don't show up. Then they say they will call you back and never call. I have no water and wasted my day trying to get service with this people. Do not use them for an emergency.

Tech Breandon, did a stellar performance with repairing my leaky toilet. He also helped rule out plumbing issues with an AC that was also leaking, causing my ac guy to really take a closer look at the underlying problem,thus finally fixing my AC. We recently used Tioga for a small patio enclosure and bay window replacement. The quality of work is not so much the issue. The amount of downtime, delay, and poor preparation caused us weeks of headaches. What should have been a pleasant buying experience turned into a complete and utter disappointment. Unfortunately we will no longer be using Tioga for any other projects, nor will we be recommending them. The staff that was sent to our house were polite and respectful. Too bad Tioga has very little respect for the customer's time. Tioga's kick the can down the road attitude is unprofessional.
