Best Fort Worth Plumber Service in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

Very happy with service, will definitely use again

From the first phone call to schedule work to the end of the job replacing our tankless water heater, everyone I dealt with at Clearwater was professional and very courteous. Brian and Dylan arrived on time, were professional and knowledgable while doing outstanding work. Will use them again as well as recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work completed.

After receiving an estimate to exchange my water heaters to tankless, I asked to begin the work. 5 weeks later and 4 broken promises of we'll be there they show up at my door with only a 15 minute noticed. 5 hours later the work is done and they charges is for 10 hours and 3600.00. That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

This company has a high level of professionalism and were able to get my issues resolved in a very timely manner. There was some miscommunication about the amount of time I would be without water: I was told that It would only be shut off for about an hour to fix it, but it was turned off and we did not have water overnight. When I called to express my frustration, management bumped us to the top of their lineman's work list.

Pricing seems a little bit above average. I'm sure you could a lower price elsewhere but the professionalism you're paying for is worth it.

I called the company and shared 3 issues I was having. I confirmed with Nicole the phone rep that when the contractor came out we needed the leaks repaired and a resolve toward hot water issue.

The owner  came out, advised the unit was +20 years old that was why it wasn't working, REFUSED to do a diagnosis but immediately suggested I replace, which I was open to but gave no diagnosis, he said he could but didn't.

He then offered to charge me $4500.00+ for a 30 ton with a booster and insisted I make a decision at that moment. I asked for an itemized invoice he stated he does not produce itemized invoices but the cost was 50/50 parts and labor.

I asked again for an invoice on the product we would be purchasing, but he refused to put in the invoice.

I advised thank you, I need to see if this quote was fair so I would get a few other quotes however we wanted to hire him today for other repairs to be completed as we called in to have resolved as a pregnant mom in the home is having leak issues and drainage issues I wanted to resolve, he then stated, THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY< ONCE YOU CALL ME BACK AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO MOVE FORWARD WE WILL COMPLETE REPAIRS. HE REFUSED TO FULLY SERVICE ALL REQUEST, he made some sort of alteration under kitchen sink but did not ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE SERVICE REQUEST SINCE WE DID NOT SAY YES TO DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM.

THE OWNER WAS NOT NICE, RUDE, REFUSED WORK, ARROGANT AND BULLYISH IN ADDITION TO THEIR RATES THAT WERE BY FAR OVER PRICED.

I DON'T USUALLY LEAVE REVIEWS BUT I DO NOT THINK IT WAS COOL FOR A COMPANY WE HIRED TO COME OUT TO RESOLVE ISSUES WOULD REFUSE BECAUSE WE DIDN'T SAY YES ON SITE TO LARGER REPAIR WITHOUT DOING RESEARCH ON RATE INVOICED.

With a plumber, most of the time you're at their mercy and hope they're telling you the truth. Lasiter does the best work at a fair price. They didn't try to upsell or mis-diagnose our issue to work in their favor. We needed our tankless water heater replaced, along with fixing some of the gas piping. They coordinated everything, including setting appointments with gas company and city inspector, ordering the appropriate equipment, and all-day installation. They are miracle workers because not only were they able to do the installation, they were able to fix the previous issues and get everything -- including all inspections -- complete in one day. A huge thank you to Gary, who was in constant contact with me throughout the process, from initial inspection to post-install follow up. Gary was extremely helpful and a wealth of information. I've used Lasiter once before to do a simple kitchen sink faucet install and was happy with their work.
