Had a outside faucet that had broken inside the wall so the knob would just spin and not turn the water off. They told me what was wrong and quickly replaced the part. I would use them again and recommend to family.

DOUBLE EMERGENCY handled immediately, twice this week!!!! As a Realtor I have a list of good plumbers but this week during Snow-vid 2021, I couldn't get a plumbing company on the phone to save my life. Someone on my Ring Neighborhood notifications recommended Circle E and I called them the second I got the notification. Kyle answered the phone immediately, and had a plumber at my door within 4 hours-SAME DAY! That was Wednesday and today I was notified from the water department that I had a major leak. I found the pipe in the yard and called them again. Kyle again had someone out within 2 hours and the pipe is being capped so I will have water again tonight. I cannot even begin to explain how professional, prompt, and caring this group is. I can officially say I now have a family plumbing company. Circle E is my personal and now professional choice! If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

i had a 100% awesome experience with leak geeks, from the beginning of process to the very end at payment. their customer service is second to none and is their top priority when doing business. it was something that i could definitely see throughout this whole process. last december my water heater died and i needed to get it replaced. while researching i met the owner at home depot. i was so impressed and comforted with what he had to say that i called leak geeks the next day. carol, the office administrator, is an absolute delight to work with. she is super nice and accommodating. she helped with scheduling and keeping me updated. spencer came out to replace the water heater. i can not overstate how impressed i was at spencer’s professionalism, overall knowledge and experience with plumbing/water heater issues. if you described the situation to him, he would know exactly what the issue is. i was absolutely impressed by spencer’s workmanship, knowledge and experience. i recommend this local, family owned business to anyone with plumbing problems. this is a top notch business. i’m so happy and thankful to have them in this neighborhood.

Horrible customer service! They came out to find leaks, broke my pool equipment and made the pool unusable. They then told me it would be 3 months before they could get back out to fix the leaks and pool equipment. I have called three days asking to talk to a manager only to be told every time that they were on the phone or out of the office. The receptionist wouldn't even give me the managers name because she didn't know it. After being pushed about lying about it, she got back on the phone and gave me a name that doesn't actually appear to work there. I would never do business with this company.
