Best Emergency Plumber in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.
Will update once repairs are made.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

What can I say other than exceptional work by this company. After all, it's after Midnight on Sunday evening and Ellis the company representative just left my home after fixing our plumbing issue. He was very knowledgeable, professional, confident in his work, and was in and out in less than 25 minutes. I've called plumbers all day and none of them were interested in coming out on a Sunday service call, but this guy was a referral from a neighbor and showed up at 11:45pm at night to help our family with a small plumbing crisis. I recieved a recommendation to use trusted plumbing service and they really lived up to their great reviews. They are professional, fair priced and they really put in the time and effort to identify/address the issue completely, not just put on quick fix on it like some of the big box companies do. We had a sewer clog as well as a leaky washing machine hookup and they were able to quickly and efficiently take care of both of those as well as answer some of our other questions/needs. They were so helpful, especially for us as new homeowners trying to figure things out. We will definitely be using them moving forward and highly recommend!

The plumber and his team were some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. Our main drainpipe from the front yard to the street was old and made of clay so our tree's roots in the front yard had destroyed a lot of it and we kept getting clogged, toilets and showers. They came a day before and ran a camera down the pipe to see the condition, gave me a very reasonable estimate with a lifetime warranty, and started working on it the next morning..

Oct 2021 I called on ABC Plumbing again and received the excellent service I have come to expect. Amanda in the office was very nice in answering my questions and providing useful information, as well as scheduling service. This morning Skyler and Hunter came by to install a new toilet. It looks great, everything was clean, and they were very courteous. They were also here to replace a quarter turn valve for my dishwasher supply, but determined it was unnecessary, just did a quick fix and didn't even charge me for it! Skyler also pointed out an issue with the supply line, explained his concern, but didn't pressure me to fix. I ended up having him replace the line anyway, so as to prevent potential water damage down the line. The best thing about ABC Plumbing is that I have confidence they know what they are doing, and they are being honest with me on what is needed, or not needed. Thanks you again ABC Plumbing!

2020 ABC Plumbing did a great job for my office. I called and they were able to send someone out rather quickly to assess the situation, gave us a quote and scheduled a time to repair the leak. Scott arrived on time and he did a thorough job and it was determined that the leak was indeed on our side. Tammy in the office was quick to answer all questions as well. A little more work was involved than expected and they did a wonderful job with the repair. Hats off to Scott as he was a true professional from start to finish!
