Best Electrical Fixture Installation in Fort Worth TX

Thanks to the prompt, hard work of David and Kevin with Sanders Plumbing my water service was restored to my residence after the city water department managed to clog my water lines with gunk, sand and other debris.
These 2 men flushed the lines twice and still one of the filters to a faucet looked as if it were a beach in search of water. It took several hours into the evening, but they stayed with the job of fully restoring water to all of the appropriate outlets.
Very grateful for a job well-done!

Todd did an awesome job by fixing both showers in less than an hour. He came to my house with a little tool box, but he's professional and confident. He explained to me about the leaking problem and where and what to do. He even told me what not to do because that wasn't my expertise. Very personable and kind.

I have told my whole family and will tell my friends that Team Enoch is playing on an entirely different level from 99%+ of service providers. My wife and I constantly have to discuss how service providers are difficult to deal with, don’t show up, change the deal, slow to respond, high friction, etc.. etc… Team Enoch under promises and over delivers. I called them based on their excellent service at a family member's home. They came within an hour of my call, and their technician worked hard to clear tree roots from a line. His video showed me the problem and we talked about a plan for a long-term repair going forward. No big pressure to sell me an overpriced fix, just clear, honest discussion about options. I will definitely call them again when we need help.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
