Best Electrical System Inspections in Fort Worth TX

I have used many plumbers over the years and finally found Sanders Plumbing. They have been the BEST! From the office staff who are always kind and courteous to the plumbers that come out and are always willing to explain things to me and walk me through what needs repaired. I highly recommend this company.

Man, I was so grateful! These guys came same day, within a few hours. Very sweet and considerate to call when they arrived, instead of banging on the front door, since they could tell we had kids that might be sleeping (from the stroller outside)! They came in and fixed our problem literally within a matter of minutes, VERY affordably AND took care of another minor issue for us at no charge. I got their card and will call them anytime I need help. Such peace of mind to have good help that's not going to break the bank when an emergency plumbing repair is needed. And, we only had the one bathroom...Thank you!!!

Roberto and his assistant did an excellent job and were courteous and very professional. Adam their supervisor and co-owner was very helpful and expedited everything and kept me very well informed about all repairs. I am very happy with the outstanding service provided by their team. I will most definitely give them a call if I need any repairs.

We had a leaky hose bib that needed repair, and 2 water heaters that were 21 years old. I called to make an appointment to have this looked at. Neither were urgent issues. They were able to come out same day!! They were starting the install and found an issue with the shut-off valves and showed me those also would need replacement. They decided to come back the next day. They left everything in working order for us and returned the next day in the AM and finished the job in about 3.5 hours. The installers did a great job. Everything looks great and is now up to code with the current code requirements. I would recommend JRowe plumbing if you need plumbing assistance.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
