We have an older pier & beam home that had galvanized pipes throughout. Started having problems with leaks AND our water heater went bad. KB came out to give me the original estimate. Very professional and nice gentleman. Dealt with Desmond through the rest of the process. It was smooth sailing. City inspector even said they did an excellent job. The customer service was top notch with every encounter we had with the entire crew. It was obvious that Desmond’s goal was for us to be happy & satisfied customers. Mike arrive this morning to take care of some heating issues we were having in our home, and we ended up with tremendous customer service from this gentleman.
