I had a wonderful experience with this company today. The workers here are so friendly and helpful, specifically Johnathan the manager and Alec. Typically plumbers will refuse to give advice over the phone because they want the $$ for the visit. You guys were so transparent with me about costs. J & A tried to help me every way possible over the phone without sending someone out. I (as a college student) appreciated that so much. They even sent me pictures to help me further understand what I was doing to my drain. (I got a tool stuck while trying to remove clogged hair ) I’m so happy I called them. I will definitely refer everyone I know and make this my go to plumber for the future.

I needed a fault diagnosis and estimate for a leaking toilet, so I called them. They evaluated the bathroom thoroughly and went above and beyond by inspecting all of the home's plumbing fittings and sharing their visual diagnosis with me. Mark was accommodating and promptly responded to my queries. He was also attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'll call them if I ever need a service like this again. I have a unique home, half under ground, half a second floor, I could not find the source of my issue, water and odor. Two other plumbers declined the job due to the house. Gulfstream came out, without hesitation diagnosed and repaired my issue. Corey and his staff are amazing. Best value I have purchased in a long time. We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.

I would never use any other plumbing company. This is my third time to call for service because my water heater needed to be repaired. They have been nothing but prompt, professional, and completely honest about everything. The customer service I have received has been amazing and their prices are very fair. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs as long as they are around!!

I called Tioga Plumbing after being referred to them as the Rinnai tankless water heater “gurus”.
Kody, the technician, came out and visually looked over the unit. After looking at it, he offered me two options:
1) run a diagnostic test to determine problem ($373)
2) get a quote for a whole new unit ($5100)

I chose the diagnostic report because I didn’t want to buy a whole new unit without at least seeing what the problem was. Determined to be too high of gas pressure to the unit.

I got a second opinion because I didn’t like that approach by immediately assuming I needed a new unit without checking what it could be.

The second plumber came out, cleaned a flame rod and the water heater fired right back up. They might’ve been at the house for 20 mins.

I called Tioga to talk to them about what the second plumber had done. Wade, the owner, called me back and informed me that the company policy is to call Rinnai Tech Support and follow their instructions. Rinnai didn’t advise to check the flame rod (super simple fix).
I would’ve liked for licensed professional in the industry to at least check all boxes since they are the boots on the ground and not technical support.

Tioga will not offer a refund as the called Tech Support and followed instructions to determine what MIGHT be the problem.
I only give a second star because they were extremely prompt and came out the same day.

Peerless Plumbing Company North Richland Hills was a fantastic option when we needed to replace our bathroom fixtures. The technician that came to the house was very friendly, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options and went beyond by giving us advice on how to ensure that our fixtures remain in tip-top shape. They did a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

I called KMP after my finding out pipes was leaking after the ice storm we had in Feb. Took a while to get an appointment because everyone was so busy. But KMP sent Donald to my house. I am very thankful that it was Donald that fixed my pipes. His courteous professional but I mostly appreciated his kindness. He talked me through the problem, educated me on my options so I could make an informed decision, and didn’t rush through the job.
