What I thought would be a small problem ended up being much more complicated. Ben and Gary were very patient and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very thorough in their diagnosis of the issue and in giving me multiple options for addressing a very large problem. Really appreciate them.

Highly appreciative of Stark Services, in particular Jessica Martin. She helped us get relief from a loss of water situation that we had been dealing with for over a week. Because of Stark's partnership with other companies, such as Service Experts, she was able to help us finally get resolution to our problem within a day. We will be looking to them for help if needed in the future.

Haven't had our new HVAC installed yet, but felt the sales process was very easy to navigate. We felt really comfortable with Kristin. She was able to help us who have no prior knowledge about HVAC equipment understand everything we needed to very easily. We really liked that she gave us multiple options with choices of multiple vendors. Probably could have found a cheaper deal somewhere else, but very satisfied with the professionalism displayed from Kristin and happy with our decision. Hopefully the installation is as easy as the sales process!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
