Best Backflow Testing in Fort Worth TX

Called and left messages 3 times with the service within 24 hours and no return call. Was a water heater emergency. Nothing. They had done work one week earlier for a different issue so I called them first. Sorry that I did.

Professional, courteous and respectful! Covered boots upon entry of the house. Diagnosed problem, explained actions taken. Got the job done!! Thumbs up, all the way! Will call again and definitely recommend to my friends and family!!

I used them before and they charged $500.00 for a short pipe unclogging. Called them again and they were rude and OVERPRICED! $450.00 dollars per hour for emergency plumbing!!!! Called another company and they only charge $200 for a service call. NOT CALLING AGAIN

Excellent Service

Of course was in a jam, A/C went out when it was very hot. Was told that someone would be out to the house between 4:00p.m. and 7:00p.m., tech called around 1:00p.m. that he would be there in 30 minutes. Checked out the unit, found the problem and fixed the problem quickly. Whole process could not have been easier. Thanks Blue Star!

Things didn't go well at first but the owner made it right! Although they did not diagnose or fix our gas problem it was not because the company can't do it. Unfortunately, it was because the plumbers that came to my house were too lazy to do their job. So I do recommend True Plumbing and would call them again. Hopefully next time the person that comes out will be more thorough.

Logan was excellent!! He explained everything and there was no doubt what I was getting done. They were extremely courteous. I have always used this company and will continue. Plumbing is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I was extremely satisfied.

I called Direct Source Plumbing with an emergency and they were courteous from customer service to the technician that came out. Wes was great and handled the issue with no problem. I’d definitely use them again!
