My daughter noticed there was water on the foundation and told me to call United Plumbing because she had used them in the past. The office manager was very responsive and got someone out right away. Kris came out and explained everything he found and what he was doing. He was quick and had the leak found and fixed in no time flat. Replaced two exterior spigots
Replaced two washer spigots, had to cut sheetrock and replaced with an access panel (View obscured by washer). He doesn't do sheetrock and I think what he did do was sturdy, looked good, etc.
Replaced toilet. After some ordinary discussion we agreed on a brand and a price range etc and he was able to fit it in his schedule and pick one up right then and there. Hauled off old toilet and left everything in the area clean.
All workmanship was excellent and done in a way that should make future work easier.
After he looked at all the issues, he was open and up front about how he was going to do the work. Explained his plan to cut sheetrock and cover with access panel, etc and what the plumbing parts involved were. He left to his vehicle and returned with an estimate for those tasks, parts and all. He explained also that his prices were on the website and that he will have to change them to keep up with his own costs soon.
You could tell that he has 30 years of experience and really understands everything about the plumbing business.
Honest, transparent, great workmanship, will call again.
