Dave was our service technician and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. North Side worked us in as a same day appointment and we were very impressed! Service was prompt, fast, and resolved. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs/installs!

I called another HVAC company at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday and was told I'd be charged higher weekend/emergency fees for same day service on our furnace which was not working correctly the weekend before a frigid January forecast. Hung up and called Northeast Mechanical. NE was able to come out that day and fixed our problem for a very reasonable fee. Had glorious heat all weekend -- very pleased with my experience!! Would definitely call them next time I need repairs or routine service!!

4 Brothers Plumbing are so wonderful! Not only did they do an extremely great job on the job they were hired to do, but they found a pipe that was leaking carbon monoxide. My family is safe because of these guys! Thank you everything 💓

Logan R. from Korte came out to fix/replace a sump pump in my basement. Logan was super nice, respectful and had the sump pump replaced in less than an hour.

Neil was very good at explaining the problem and fixed it quickly. My only negative is that the cost of $235 seemed very high for only a half hour of work.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
