I have used MJM Mechanical multiple times. I usually don’t leave a review but I have to say this company goes above and beyond every time! I called them the last time because my furnace wasn’t working and their technician was amazing! He was thorough and very detail oriented and walked me through all of my options. I’ve never had a company go so far to make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s nice to have a company that puts a customer first in our town! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

I called and got their residential field foreman Mark out for a bid on a job recently and he was great. Very responsive, respectful, informative, and professional. He really cares about the customer and his work. While I didn't end up going with Hattersley for the job this time, I will certainly be contacting Mark for future work I have planned in the near future.

Starting with the phone call to schedule an appointment, everyone is very friendly & accommodating. I was called prior to the arrival of the technicians. I was informed they would arrive within a certain amount of time. They did without fail. The technicians were prompt, professional & friendly. They immediately put shoe coverings on when they entered my house. Very thorough in their explanation of what was the cause of my issue. Also, pointed out other things for me to be aware of.I have had Korte for 4 years. They service my heating & air conditioning every year. I’ve never had a negative experience.Thank you & keep up the great work

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
