John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

I am beyond satisfied with the service that I received when my a/c needed repair. Joel was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained every step and took the time to answer my questions. He completed my repair in an efficient and timely manner and the cost was significantly less than I expected. A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

I am in the trades and can tell a professional from a hack. This company is top notch. The were professional and knowledgeable. They replaced my old HVAC compressor and coils and were very competitively priced. I highly recommend them.

Seasonal Spring system checkup.

I just cannot say enough good things about Poorman's Heating. We got quotes from four different HVAC companies as our 20 year old furnace was starting to have problems. We decided on Poorman's, and of course our old furnace quit on a Friday night in the dead of winter. Not only did the service tech try to get it working for the weekend, but when that did not work, Mike brought us portable heaters to get us through the weekend until we could get our new furnace installed. Tyler was here on Monday morning installing our new furnace and I must say the service was wonderful, timely, and very very tidy. We were blown away with the service Poorman's provided in addition to the best furnace...Trane. Thank you and kudos to a wonderful company. Why would anyone ever go anywhere else?!?
