Best New Construction in Fort Wayne IN

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Called them around 10:30am, they were out here at 1:30pm the same day when everyone else was booked solid. Dave came in, saw the situation, and handled it promptly and correctly with the right gear.
When the competition couldn't make it, these guys did.
They will get all of my repeat business.

this was a great experience from top to bottom...I cannot say enough good things about this installation...Everyone we dealt with was top notch, professional, friendly, helpful, on time and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend them and will def. call them for future work. Thanks again for everything

Excellent service and honest value for your money. He is extremely busy so it might take awhile for him to work you in but it’s worth the wait!

Professionalism and communication is abysmal. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to wait decades for communication.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
