I've had Korte service my heating and AC units for several years and have been very pleased with the service I've received. Our last two maintenance visits have been from Emily V. She arrived at the time promised and is very personable and does an excellent job keeping everything clean and running smoothly.

The AC to my house went out. I gave a call to Korte. When I called they did not give me a time window for the Service Technician but did say they would call 20-30 minutes before coming. Korte also assured they would be out today so, I was happy to wait for the phone call. I thought I would be waiting all day but, I only had to wait an hour or so. David was respectful and efficient. He had the AC up and running in no time. I was happy with the service.
