Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

The fan on my air handler quit working, so I called Poorman's. Had someone at my house within hours. Justin did a great job, very professional, had us running in good time. Will definitely call Poorman's again if I ever need anything.

My husband and I had a tankless water heater installed by A Hattersley & Sons and our installers (Mark and Josh) did a wonderful and thorough job, he was also very pleasant and cared about our questions and any concerns we may of had. We used them before when we had our toilettes changed out and they did a wonderful job with them as well.....in fact we have them do our yearly maintenance checks. Great people!

Was referred from another customer as a great company to use for repairs. Came to fix a leak in the attic vent plumbing. Was there quicker than the quoted time and charged a very fair price. Will stay in our contact list.

They installed a new Battery in my smoke detector which was installed in 2018. The battery was supposed to last 10 years. This is the 2nd one that went bad. Rudy checked all of them & showed me how to disconnect if it happens again. They were both very nice.

Brenden has serviced our heating and air conditioning various times and does a great job. He’s a very nice young man and is very knowledgeable in his field. I can definitely recommend him as well as Korte!
