Best Burst Pipes in Fort Wayne IN

I highly recommend Northside Plumbing, had a pipe near my sub pump that came loose from the clamp, water was gushing upward non stop.Had heavy rains today so pipe took its toll. Called & a tech was there in minutes, helped he was already in the area. All was fixed in a timely manner. My basement would have flooded if I would’ve had to wait hrs. before Northside Plumbing came to the rescue. Mark was my tech & very professional! I would give 100 stars if review aloud me to. Going to have more non emergency work done in near future.

I had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter from the receptionist Danielle to my awesome worker Rob & his team I've lived in my home for 45 days in the water heater went out I've been without water for 5 days and today I got a new water heater can't wait to take a shower!!but it was hard for them because of the space the water heater was in so I give them props for what they had to do to get it in might not look good but hey I got a new water heater... and I can't thank them enough from even working with the home warranty people.. you guys did an awesome job and you have no idea how much I appreciate it thank you!!!Today is 11/20/2020 and Mr.Jordan came out to do a clean out for me.I called and he came right over..What a great guy!! I mean seriously this guy is awesome very kind respectful told me what was going on and Took care of the situation!!! Thank you Jordan!!

Awesome! They arrived to provide us with an estimated and ended up fixing the problem on the spot! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work and we will absolutely use them again!

Would give no stars if possible. The owner Brad is a lair and a crook. Destoyed our back yard trying to find the broken tiles they thought it was under a huge old tree trunk
They dug out the trunk ( did not find the broken tile) left a huge hole and the huge stump in the middle of the yard. They damaged our flooring in the house and refuse to fix it. BRAD told us that he would be back in the spring to fill in and smooth out the yard and make sure that where they dug up the tile did not leave a rut when the ground settled. He never has done this.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
