Poor service never showed up talked to him 3 different times said he was having difficulty at the previous job but I'm still coming I understand things happen so cool I'm not tripping 3 hers go by still nothing so I call he says he still coming dont worry 2 more hrs go by and a no show and now won't answer the phone smh dont waste your time they aren't even worth the trouble it's sad really

I called Gene’s on a Monday morning at 10:30 to clean a drain at my mother’s house and by 2:30 that afternoon, Josh arrived. All I heard from my mother was how kind and polite he was. They patiently searched for the drain in her yard for about 30 minutes (my mom had no idea where it was) and after clearing it, replaced it with a white cap so we’d be able to find it in the future. Given their very reasonable prices, quick response time, and how kind they were to my mother, I will definitely call Gene’s again when we need plumbing work. Thank you!!!

Very professional and showed up when they said they would be here. David and Seth did an outstanding job of completely cleaning our 57-year-old main sewer line from the basement toilet to the city sewer line. We had another local company snake the sewer line 3 years ago and they just ran a 3/4 snake down the line and said it was fixed. David and Seth ran a cleaner head down the 4 sewer line that completely cleaned the cast iron pipe. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and would recommend their services who want their drain problems fixed for good.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
