John worked like the dickens to try to locate the problem - a very strange leak. Worked with me to find the parts we needed. He got the repair job done in about an hour. Was extremely nice, very clean, and wonderfully efficient! Couldn't have asked for better service. I am more than pleased. John is an absolute asset to Korte!
