He was professional, affordable, friendly, and realistic about what actually needed replaced and didn't try to upsell anything we didn't need. He took the time to explain things, and even gave a few appreciated pointers on some of our remodel projects. Very knowledgeable and experienced guy who will get the job done quickly and done right.
