George Smith was our appliance repair guy and will be the only repair guy for us. He called a head of time to let me know when he would arrive. Affordable service charge. Military friendly and has access to post. We would recommend George to all military personal. Great experience. There could be some improvement with communication and answering phone calls or messages. Would be helpful to have more people at the office to return calls and etc. Seem hard to get a hold of once you have had somebody come out. Overall great service at reasonable prices.

Called 1-800 number and they answered quickly. Told me I could have a plumber on site within the hour. I asked to be called back when a firm ETA for plumber to arrive. Recieved the call and was told the plumber would be there in 30minutes. Juan Varrella arrived on time was courteous and professional. Juan performed the work quickly and effectively.
