Water leak last night. I saw the wall with bubbles of water between paint and sheet rock. I called Honey Dew Done plumbing, because they were the first to open. Needless to say, they arrived promptly, found the leak, fixed it all in less than 2 hours. The gentlemen were very professional and courteous. They let me know the issue and cost up front. I was left very impressed by their knowledgeable, prompt, and professional service. Highly recommend this company.

I had service scheduled and they didn't show up. I got a call at the end of the day rescheduling for the next day. again they didn't show up. didn't answer my calls and didn't return my voicemail.

Make sure you ask for an estimate BEFORE you use him. It was a simple job--a slow toilet. Obviously something was slowing passage of water. It took 2 seconds to do the job. He used a mini-snake, and with the first try, he unstopped the toilet. Whole visit, maybe four minutes. Charged $75, but I believe $35 would have been fair, in my opinion. I remember he asked me if I was the owner of my building. Perhaps he thought Charge her more; she can write it off as a rental expense.
