Nacho and Son are the best plumbing business I have ever had to deal with. I wish them well in dealing with the negative public, but more than that I hope they stay around because I don’t want to have to search for someone else. Honest and hard working employees, I never feel like I got taken advantage of.

As a consumer, I have the right to know what I am paying for and to try to get the best price for the products & services I spend my hard earned cash on. Apparently Sunrise Plumbing feels otherwise. My retired parents had used this company for over 35 years and Sunrise replaced the swamp cooler, the furnace and the last hot water heater in this house so I had them give me an estimate for a new hot water heater, and also set up an appt for them to service the A/C. I was advised over the phone it would be $1500.00 for the hot water heater install. When I hesitated Carmen advised me that she had held up ‘the schedule’ to work me in for both jobs at the same time... I thanked her for her consideration. We scheduled a date and I was promptly asked how I would be paying. After speaking to my sister & a neighbor I wondered why the charge was so high as it was almost twice the cost either of them had paid. I made another call to Sunrise a couple of days later and asked for a breakdown of the charges as it was never provided, she did so but it required a call back on her part. I called Sunrise on the morning of the install NOT to cancel or ask if they were still coming (they were late but that was not my concern), I called to see if I could possibly get a better price and I told her I liked the work they did, which I do. I SPECIFICALLY told her NOT to cancel my appt & to make sure they come out because I needed the work done regardless. It required another call back from her to get an answer to my last question and 15 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house I was told by Carmen:
1. No price reduction... I replied okay (I still needed hot water...)
2. No appt.... she/they cancelled it! She said “I sent the guys out to do other work instead because you seem unsure”.
3. I was also told that “I should go find someone else to do the work cheaper but to make sure they pulled a permit”. Yes, she actually said that to me...WOW.

I have over 30 years of great internal and external customer service experience. I have successfully built lasting relationships at every company I have ever worked for. NEVER have I seen such blatant, disrespectful, deplorable and unprofessional behavior from a BUSINESS. Her/their response to a simple yes or no question was uncalled for and spiteful, to say the least. Good luck with that attitude...

Ive used Dave and American Leak Detectors to remedy several issues at our home. I've found him and his crew to be professional, courteous, and punctual at all times.

This company helped me with my refrigerator about a month ago. I was extremely happy with the service and affordable pricing. The young lady who answered the phone was super sweet and the technician that came out was very knowledgeable.

I am very disappointed with this company. I had Chris Redfearn, that I believe is the company owner, change out a toilet in my sisters house. He took out the toilet replaced it with the new one, but left the old toilet in the bathroom for her to dispose of. She is 4'10 and although she may be in great shape for her age, that was definitely not the professional thing to do. He charged more than he quoted and left her to finish the job. About a month after the installation, the toilet started leaking. Not wanting him to go back, I went over to check myself. He hadn't tightened the tank to the bowl and it was leaking. Simple fix, but completely irresponsible for him to do. I would definitely not recommend him for anything, and that is very disappointing. I would give him zero stars if it were possible.
