He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. I called for a technician to come out around 1:30 the receptionist informed me it would be a 2 if hour wait. However I received I call back by 3 pm to let me know my technician would be arriving shortly. Sam my technician came in and diagnosed the problem immediately he even told me what products should be used for my monthly maintenance. He was very professional as well attentive to my concerns about my plumbing issues. I will highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

We had an expansion tank fail and start leaking. I called Roto-Rooter in the morning and they said they would send someone out anytime today I wanted. Other shops told me it would be next week before they could get to it. An hour later the dispatcher proactively let me know the technician would be later than the original arrival window. Once the technician arrived he gave me a quote for the repair and did the job in a professional and friendly manner. We are completely satisfied. Just wish I'd remembered to use my coupon, but that's on me.
