Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

These guys are great. Was able to get a next day appointment, fitting me in between many calls, they diagnosed and cleared the pipe and identified a broken pipe which they are fitting into the schedule to fix ASAP. They provide updates at every step and pictures to show you what they are talking about. Great service, reasonable price, honest business people! Mr. Jordan and his associate arrived on time for a scheduled appt this morning and quickly stepped through this list of issues. After doing an initial round of assessment, he and I came to terms on pricing before he began the work. That's actually not quite true -- he'd already repaired my garbage disposal and dropped a bit of wisdom by the time we got to this step. I was a bit surprised by his fees. I've been around the plumbing block a few times in my life -- in a few cities located across our nation -- and his fees are the highest I've paid. That said, I decided to proceed with the work and I'm glad I did. Everything he touched works better now and I have trust in him and the work performed, warranty and all. It takes a village to make a home work [well] and I'm happy to add Jordan Plumbing and Maintenance to my stable of experts that help me with mine.
