I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Ben was courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the source of the leak and fixed it along with a couple other minor leaks that would have caused bigger problems in the near future. He showed us what to look for going forward so that we might fix problems before they become large expensive repairs. His advice will be heeded and we would definitely use Full Stack if needed in the future.

We are very pleased with the quality of work from Lane. Daniel ran into some issues, but stayed the course, trouble shooted and finished the installation of a new hot water heater. He was on time (actually was waiting on me) and very professional. Cannot recommend them enough!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

Most importantly to me, he was conscientious, and honestly was the fastest person I have ever seen come in and out of my house! You have now got a customer for life!
