Steven was awesome. I'm tickled it's a local company, with service a national brand should try to beat. I will purchase a home maintenance package because of how awesome this was. For after hours services it was totally fair as far as the price. In fact, I'm going to request Steven as my technician moving forward. I'm in hospitality professionally, and I don't impress easily.

Called and received service same day. Brandon kept in touch with his schedule that day. Problem was repaired quick and Brandon provided some good advice for repairing the water damage left from the leak. Thanks so much!

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

I've used Devlin twice, once for an emergency and once a scheduled repair. All work was done quickly without a mess and all at fair price. I highly recommend them.

Great consultation, everyone I spoke with here was very professional and very informative , they took the time to explain everything and I did not feel like they were taking advantage , their pricing was also very fair , and Bill I believe was the one that came to my house , was right on time and did a great job servicing my water heater , and while talking to him I mentioned a small issue I was having and he took some extra time and looked at my issue and resolved it and was upfront about the charge for it and was very fair ! I would highly recommend using them !

My water heater decided to spring a leak and I walked downstairs to swap laundry and found a swamp in my entryway. Unfortunately because my Husband is sick with Covid we had a really hard time finding anyone willing to come to our house in any reasonable amount of time. Even though we offered to wear masks, stay upstairs, or even to sit in my car and leave the house the earliest anyone was willing to come out was in 6 days. I called around to 10+ places and the only one who returned my calls in a timely manner and was willing to come to our home was Eddie at Affordable Plumbing. We stayed upstairs and communicated through telephone. He was super knowledgeable and even helped to trouble shoot some other issues we were having for a future visit. I'm so greatful to Eddie as I had no idea how we would have survived in Quarantine with no water for 6 days. From the bottom of my heart thank you for helping this poor nurse out!
