Best Residential Building in Durham NC

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

These guys are AMAZING. I had a very concerning issue occur late afternoon. Called them and they were here very quickly. Seriously nice guy fixed things as good as possible and made an appointment to install the new appliance in a day. Lovely people to work with.

Pete’s Electric installed a generator and used Greene Hunt for the mechanical aspect. They were phenomenal. Even the inspector complimented their work. Well done!

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. Wallace was out here the same day when we had a pipe break in our crawl space. He was direct and honest in addressing what should be fixed and the costs of doing so. He was very knowledgeable and the finished work looks great.
