Our pump alarm started sounding and we needed someone to come take a look as soon as possible. Bar D was recommended by a trusted contractor when our regular plumber wasn't certain they could get us in on the same day. Bar D was super responsive and came out the same day within a few hours. The technician was professional and informative. He let us know what the issue was and how he was going to address it problem and took care of it. I would use Bar D again.

If I could leave no stars I would. There are not enough hours in the day to describe all the terrible things about this company. Robert is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. I had no choice but to use them as they were contracted by the granite company. TWO MONTHS later and the issue still hasn't been resolved. On five different occasions Robert set up appointments and was a no-show without any sort of call. It took a very unhappy call from me to finally get him to send someone and then the repair job was horrific leaving me 6 holes in my wall. The electrician was nice and said he would come back out to do more work to repair it, but Robert never scheduled him to come back out and will not return my calls.
