I did have a rep come out as a second opinion recommendation. I was a less than satisfied when the rep informed that there was likely a leak in the system, but needed to conduct further analysis to determine the origin of the leak, which would cost $370 or something like that. I don’t know why this analysis isn’t already included in the $95!visit. So I ask the rep if he was familiar with the low pressure switch, he was and said there appeared to be residue around the Switch. I asked him to provide a quote to conduct the repair the switch and provide a time in which he could do the repair. The estimate he provided was over $1100 more than the other quote I received. As per the time frame to do the work, it was a longer than the other company. So it would have been about $400 more just to diagnose the issue, $1100 more to conduct the repair, and taken longer to repair the unit.This is just a summary of my experience with Streamline. Also it was raining that day which may have made it more difficult to diagnose. I did decide to go with the other company for the reasons stated above and I did not feel as though I was being nickeled and dimed by the other company.

Fast and professional. Would give better rating but for price. Have replaced hot water heaters before so know what is involved. Health not good now. 800 for two guys for about 4 hours is too much! That is just labor.

Cannot speak more highly of the service I received today. Called yesterday. Plumber came this morning as promised. Did what I had asked, and just so expertly and professionally. Removed the “spaghetti” of waste pipes under the kitchen sink, replacing them with a simpler, safer, more logical layout. Thank you! Highly recommend this company.

With the report of Hurricane Michael on the news, I knew I needed to act fast on our waterline leak that was located in front of our house. Jayk's was recommended to us and I called with my problem. Jason sent a guy out right away and got the pipe replaced for us! What a RELIEF!!! If you ever need plumbing, call these guys! I can't say enough good things about Dylan. He is the owner of the company. When I sent him an email, he replied to it promptly. He was very friendly and professional. My apartment shower drain had become clogged over time and my effort to unclog it with the #1 selling product on Amazon did not help much. Dylan fixed that problem in short order. I also asked him to take a look at my shower head and he did that too. After he left and I took a shower for the first time, I could not believe how much water pressure I had lost over time! So Dylan is awesome, and he charged me less for the work than I was expecting to pay. I can't recommend him enough. He is skilled and honest. A true professional.
