He explained many options to me to help my understand the several different heating systems in my home, was very clear about repair and replacements options, was not pushy trying to just sell me products. He offered to come back to do the additional servicing with no service charge so that we would have time to think about the options and carefully consider our decisions. Outstanding HVAC expert. The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

My home had problems with low water pressure. Fred Puryear was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my water pressure problem promptly. He explained to me the problem and gave me a few option on what I can do going forward. I would most definitely call them back because Fred did a great job!

Piedmont Metro was absolutely amazing! We had run into multiple issues while re-doing our siding, including a broken HVAC unit. The gentleman who initially came out was professional, honest and knowledgeable. We decided to fully replace rather than repair thanks to his suggestions (without pressure too). They came the next week and put the system in quickly, stayed to make sure it was fixed and went above and beyond on aiding with other issues they found under the house.
