Best Grease Trap Installation in Durham NC
I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

My technician Tony did a first rate job, not just with the repair, but more importantly, to me, with explaining what needed to be fixed and why. He made me both comfortable and confident that the work being done was necessary and gave me some great advice on what to watch for with my aging HVAC system. I hope I don't have to call for repairs again any time soon but the next time I need help I won't hesitate to call on these folks.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!

My appointment was between the hours of 0800-1200 hrs,. The technician (plumber) arrived @ 1400. After explaining what I needed done, I was told that two fill towers in the tank would cost $408.00 plus parts and tax. So I said roughly $500.00 and they said yes. I have no problem with Mr. Bradley, he performed the task efficiently, but when I was presented with the bill I was charged $103.00 for 2 fill towers and the total of the bill amounted to $548.86. When I called the number to enquire, I was given to 3 different people and the last person had a voicemail that said to leave a name and number and brief reason for the call and she would return it at her convenience.I feel that I should have been compensated for my 2 hour wait and I also feel like I was gouged for the price of 2 fill towers that I could go to any hardware store and purchases for under $10.00.Update: I was called by someone at Roto-Rooter, and they refunded me $200. The technician (plumber) did an outstanding job and now I would gladly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
