We discovered a wet floor in our lower level room about 7:00 pm on Friday. Sparrow's plumber came right away, expertly found the source of the leak, and fixed it right then, even though it required removing damaged sheet rock and a pipe replacement. He gave us a reference to a service to call to remedy a mold problem that the leak had caused. We went to bed that night with the leak fixed and an appointment for repair to start the next day. Excellent service!

We called to make several repairs to our home and scheduled an appointment. They didn’t show up or call. I called and left a message and they didn’t respond.

John Evans (#3536) did a fantastic job, not only on the installation of the hot water heater, but also explaining what was being done and why. He also provided support, listening to the issues around a huge problem that was being addressed in our kitchen. If we had our pick of the person to do any fixes in the future, it would be John. Expedient and professional service was received today. This morning I called Faison Plumbing Plus an appointment was confirmed shortly after. The technician arrived on-time and quickly took care of the job. I was very satisfied with the service received.

The gentlemen did a great job on all fronts -- they communicated well, sent me a We're on the way text on the morning of, then made sure that the job was done completely. They were friendly and knowledgable.

I'd absolutely call them again for plumbing needs.

The technician promptly came out and unclogged the sewer pipe and pulled out some tree root a week ago. He said a follow up person would come out the next day with a camera to locate where the roots are. This was after me paying 375.00 (sr 100.00 discount) for the 45 minute job. I have called 3 times to get the camera person out so I can have the root removed or the pipe repaired. I have gotten no response. Every time I call I get the same response we will have someone call you right back but none calls. Puzzling. Frank

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
