Ben and CW installed a Rinnai tankless water heater last month and I couldn't be more satisfied with the process from getting the estimate to installation. We had a 20+ year-old water heater that was limping along and for not much more than a 50-gallon tank, we opted to go with a Rinnai tankless system. Full Stack did not try to oversell me on which tankless model to go with, rather they understood my needs and recommended the middle of the road model. Ben and CW showed up on-time and in a couple of hours we had a brand new tankless water heater. They were quick and efficient, left the garage cleaner than when they arrived, and did not leave until they had sufficiently tested the system to make sure there were no problems. We now have unlimited on-demand hot water. No more waiting for the hot water to heat up after a couple of showers. I can't thank the team at Full-Stack Plumbing for the great work that they do. Bar D Plumbing was able to respond to my service request for my water heater within 24 hours. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me quotes for replacing the malfunctioning part and for replacing the water heater entirely as mine is rather old (but they did not sell or pressure me into replacing the unit). When I asked to replace the part it was ordered immediately, and the plumber returned to my home to install it the next day. I will be using Bar D Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Our water heater went out after 20 years.  Called Drain Express around 8:30 a.m. and they said someone would be out between 10 and 12.

Dicky arrived just before 11, gave me a quote for the new water heater, valves, venting, pan, and all that was needed.
Him and his technician left for about an hour to get the new one. It was a good quality unit with great reviews.

Drain Express installed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour and fifteen.  Everyone at Drain Express was very friendly and professional.  All my questions were answered patiently and with straight uncomplicated answers.  I would Reccomend to friends and fam.
