The technicians were not the most professional. They changed our faucet and garbage disposal but left everything they pulled out from under the sink on the kitchen floor. They didn't return it to the condition they found it in. They sat at my kitchen table without asking, which is not a big deal, but you should have the courtesy to ask as it is not your home.

I contacted Happy Home Services after the water heater in my home installed by PSNC stopped working. When I called the new Dominion gas company, I was sad to discover that they no longer serviced either appliances (fire logs or water heater) that I purchased from the previous PSNC. I was told that I would need to pay $100 for Dominion to light water heater before we realized that pilot light did not remain on and I was not able to call them back quickly by the time I realized there was still no hot water. The Dominion repairman was good but Dominion did not make me feel comfortable about purchasing a water heater from them that they would stand behind. Though the cost of purchasing my water heater from Happy Home was more than if Id had financed from Dominion, I chose Happy Home because I could pay with no interest in 12 months and because of the warranty and assurance that they stand behind their work and their products. I was also able to get my water heater installed faster. I don't mind paying for quality products and excellent service and that is what I got from Happy Home Services. Thank you Juan!

My technician, Norval, fixed a problem I have suffered with for ten years and through three prior plumbers. He is my plumbing hero! Ten years ago, I had a recirculating hot water pump installed by a professional plumber, but it never seemed to deliver hot water as quickly to my kitchen sink as my similar pump had done in a previous home. So I called a different plumbing service to look at it, and he said that my timer was not set correctly. I convinced myself it was better, but it really wasn't. Third plumber looked at it and said the motor was out. That didn't make sense, so I didn't get it replaced as he recommended, and so I put up with it for another several years before a friend recommended Acme. Called Acme. They sent Norval. He explained that the original installation was not correct - that it needed a valve. He ordered the valve, came back to install it a few days later and I now smile every single time I turn on the hot water and it comes out hot!

Had a small repair job needed doing. Came out next day and did it. Showed up on time unlike other plumbers we tried working with.
